An elderly dog named Traviesa lived 14 years with her family, but on April 18, they decided that they could no longer care for her and she was brought to the Los Angeles Animal Services – East Valley Shelter in California.
Traviesa, affectionately referred to as “grandma,” has age-related issues, including arthritis and skin issues, but she is still very much alive and deserving of someone to love her in the twilight of her life. It’s hard to imagine what this old girl is feeling right now. Everything that she once knew is gone – her people, her bed, her food dishes, and her home. Undoubtedly, she is confused and sad.
