Distraught momma cat meows for help outside of closed store for her baby

A distraught mother cat wanted her baby back, and she was prepared to use every trick in her kitty tool box to help be reunited with her kitten. None of us know how the tiny kitten became locked in the store, but a mother’s love and the innate desire to protect, is nothing short of beautiful.

In a video featured on TikTok by user @shulsey62, who loves cats and funny videos, the mother cat is seen standing outside of a closed store staring in front of the glass door at her kitten on the other side. The mother cat was so upset, she even approached someone – we can see a woman’s feet, and meowing for help.

According to PetHelpful, nearly 1.8 million people have viewed the above video and have asked for an update. Of course, the video comments didn’t lack suggestions to help reunite the two including breaking the glass. Nevertheless, most of us want to think the store owner was called and released the tiny kitten from the store and mother and baby were happily reunited.

Although this isn’t a verified response to the situation, it seems the two have been reunited:
