Bonded odd couple pups confused and heartbroken after arriving at shelter

Meet Mugsey and Bellany; the bonded pair are confused and heartbroken after arriving at the Devore Animal Shelter in San Bernardino, California earlier in the week.

The dogs were brought to the shelter after their owner was detained, and it is not known if anyone will come to rescue them. If that doesn’t happen, the two will need a home – preferably together.
