Police in Atlanta, Georgia, are hoping to find a woman who was caught on Ring video footage beating a small dog with a shoe. As reported by 11 Alive News, the disturbing footage was recorded on December 17 by a resident of apartments located at 3378 Greenbriar Pkwy SW.

The footage shows a woman taking off her shoe to repeatedly hit a small dog, who cries for approximately 15 seconds during the beating.

After the woman finished beating the little dog, she picked it up and walked away.
