A man, wanted on multiple felonies and considered to be armed and dangerous, is accused of stealing three search and rescue dogs. A $50,000 reward is being offered for the safe return of all three dogs, who belong to Dr. Kim Lark. According to the Texas Association for Crime Stoppers, Theodore “Ted” Maher, aka Jon Green, was last seen in Amarillo, Texas, with the dogs and a burgundy 2015 Ford SUV, on May 13.

Maher is wanted out of Carlsbad, New Mexico, on ten felony charges. The authorities consider him to be “armed and dangerous.” The stolen dogs, Storm, Zero, and Felony, have a growing number of people on social media who are trying to get the word out for their safe return. You can find the Facebook page that has been set up for the search effort at this link.

Anyone who spots the suspect, vehicle, or dogs, is asked to contact the authorities.
