Another weekend passes Floki by; he has waited for over a year to be adopted

Another weekend has come and gone, and a spunky, sweet boy named Floki remains kenneled at an Amityville, New York, animal shelter. Floki has been held at the Babylon Animal Shelter for more than a year…waiting day after day, week after week, month after month, for someone to choose HIM to be their own.

On Sunday, a photo of Floki was posted to his very own social media page, along with this post:

4 year old sweetest boy. Loves to play, take long walks, give kisses & cuddle. No young kids. Only pet.

According to information on Floki’s Facebook page, he is a “super sweet” dog who loves to play and cuddle. He does require a home with no other pets, or young children.
