A young dog, just a year of age, has an incredibly hopeful face as he gazes into a camera at the animal control agency in South Bend, Indiana. Shortly after the pup, named Flip, was taken in, his advocate wrote:
This owner surrender just came in. His name is Flip. Just turned 1. He sat for me to give him his shots. He is so sweet! So stinking cute and has such a cute smile. Look at this cute little nugget! Such a sweet smile and eyes.
A subsequent post provides more details:
This handsome boy is named Flip. He is a Pit Bull Terrier Mix, approximately 1-year old, medium size, male, and is neutered. If you or someone you know is interested in meeting Flip you must fill out the SBARC Adoption Application BEFORE you can make an adoption & counseling appointment.
Sadly, Flip was taken in on October 14, but he is still at the facility…overlooked and still hoping against hope that someone might choose HIM to be their friend.
On Monday morning, the Columbia Police Department Animal Control and Rescue posted Flip’s photos again, writing:
Sharing for any rescues that follow us who may have connections to or in Indiana. Look at this sweet face.
So now, the Pet Rescue Report is trying to help too…Flip could use some networking assistance. He is trying so hard to let people know that he wants to love and be loved. Will you lend him a hand?

THAT FACE ALONE SHOULD GET HIM A THOUSAND ADOPTERS!
PLEASE PLEASE–TAKE HIM HOME SO YOU CAN LOVE EACH OTHER!
awww, please save him. I already have 4 stray dogs and many cats. Omg, if he was in my neighborhood, I probably take the risk to save him. I love animals. It’s so heartbreaking to me that I can’t save them all. It gets overwhelming for me to see so many animals abused, homeless, or in a shelter. Thank you for all you do, South Bend Animal Resource Center.

OMD what a cute funny little face. He has people eyes. I hope someone pick him soon and takes him home.
