Three-year-old Eddie, a 10-pound Chihuahua, has already exceeded the safe “stray” holding period at the San Antonio Animal Care Services facility in Texas. In order to be safe from being put down, Eddie needed to exit the shelter by April 29 – but he is still there, and still in need of help.

On April 28, the SAPA Urgents & Adoptables Facebook page notified followers of the danger that Eddie is in, writing:

THIS DOG IS IN ACS KENNELS & AT RISK OF BEING KILLED. SHELTER EVALUATES SPACE AT: 9:30am Mon-Sat, and again at 5 pm Mon-Fri & 3 pm Sat. Or at any time as space is needed.

Will you help?

Will you take a moment to help Eddie? It is as simple as sharing this article, with his adoption information, to help increase his visibility to potential adopters and rescue groups.
