What strange happenings are making this gorgeous German shepherd appear invisible to potential adopters? He is handsome, and mature (five years), but not old – he should have been scooped up a long time ago, but here he sits, behind bars for months at the Devore Shelter in San Bernardino, California.

Back in September, the dog, dubbed Zeppelin, was posted on social media with a comment from a networking volunteer:

Zepplin 💙#a754967 available 9/15 🩹 Medical waiver required can be adopted by anyone who signs a waiver (bacterial dermatitis) 🩹 (video in comments)

O to the M, G this dudes all that!!! He’s such a sweetheart & a total joy to spend time with! He will need to leave Devore as soon as he becomes available due to medical status (which isn’t really that huge of a thing)!

Months have passed and this gorgeous hunk of dog remains kenneled at the busy animal control facility. How is this possible? Zeppelin is a German shepherd lover’s dream! Will you please share his adoption information and help him find a home? German shepherds are devoted, intelligent dogs and this long-term kennel situation has undoubtedly been taking a toll on Zeppelin’s tender heart.
