“Where did you go?” You can practically hear the question from Jax’s expressive eyes. The two-year-old border collie was surrendered by his family to the Hood County Animal Control in Texas.

The animal welfare agency writes:

OWNER SURRENDER

Jax is a male Border Collie mix. He is approx 2 yrs old and weighs about 65 lbs. Jax is friendly and good with other dogs.

There are any number of reasons that Jax could have been surrendered to this animal control agency, but none would make sense to the young dog who is suddenly homeless.

You can help Jax find a new family by sharing his adoption information!

His adoption fee is $85, which includes a prepaid voucher to have him sterilized and rabies vaccinated with one of our participating veterinarian’s offices.
