An anonymous tip had been received by the SPCA on Sunday about the abuse reportedly taking place on Rising Sun Road in the Katy area.

“The video shows the owner repeatedly striking his dog more than 20 times. Officials say this is the perfect example of the important role the community plays in helping be a voice for the voiceless by reporting these types of crimes to the Houston SPCA and law enforcement like Harris County Constable Precinct 1,” the Chief Animal Cruelty Investigator, Adam Reynolds posted on the organization’s social media page.

The dog remains in the custody of the rescue.

PLEASE PLEASE–DO NOT RETURN THIS INNOCENT DEFENSE DOG TO THE EVIL LUNATIC! THE SUBHUMAN SCUM SHOULD BE HALF WAY TO HELL!

I sure hope the “good people” of Texas are starting to wise up. When ANY community allows this type of VILE THUG to bully, beat, starve, or rape a voiceless victim, they are sending non-verbal permission to that piece of evil. AND allowing THAT thug to become a danger to EVERY ONE, in particular YOUR PRECIOUS VULNERABLE CHILDREN.
