In McAllen, Texas, an urgent situation has called for Rescue Dogs Rock NYC to reach out to the public for help saving the life of a puppy brought into a rural shelter on Sunday morning in critical condition.
The 10-month-old Labrador retriever puppy arrived at the shelter lying flat out and unconscious. His one leg appears to have been chopped off. Had the rescue organization not acted immediately and hurriedly make arrangements to transfer the pup to an emergency veterinarian hospital nearby, the shelter would have had no alternative but to euthanize the puppy.
And so today we meet Wally; even though under the worst circumstances possible, but although his prognosis is unknown at this time, he is receiving intravenous fluids and live-saving care.
Donations are needed to help. Wally’s medical treatment is anticipated to be expensive, but doesn’t he deserve the best care?
