At the Carson Animal Care in California, Tank waited for someone to be his friend. The 10-year-old Cane Corso did not have an easy life, and somehow fate pushed him to the shelter. The Internet fell in love with him when a photo and video of Tank lying in a hot, overcrowded shelter went viral.
“Tank looks like he has seen some rough times,” wrote his advocate. “He has cherry eyes and walks slowly and he needs some help now.”
“He appears to struggle to stand when lying down.”
And on Sunday, Tank was rescued by Baloojas Foundation.
