Just look at this little guy! The Kern County Animal Shelter has him listed as a two-year-old terrier who is past due for his exit time. He has been at the shelter since July 29 and needs help finding an approved rescue that can commit to the long term recovery required.

Animal advocate, Cathi Perez has lined up a potential rescue organization that has offered to help. Funds will be needed for emergency veterinarian care.
