It’s hard to imagine a black French bulldog had been found in the Miami-Dade area of Florida as a stray, especially since the AKC ranked Frenchies as the sixth most popular dog in the United States. One would think these incredibly loyal, cuddly and expensive dogs would receive the best care and upmost attention, yet here we are with an emergency situation for a terribly neglected five-year-old adorable Frenchie in need of help.

According to the Miami-Dade Animal Services, the dog is ambulatory;  his two back legs are possibly paralyzed. He also presents with skin dermatitis,  dull coat, dandruff, dental calculus, stenotic ear canal and swollen ear pinna.

Volunteers are trying to help and need help sharing Tedy’s plight with approved rescues, friends, family and social media contacts. Follow here.

Tedy is scheduled to be available for adoption on March 16, 2021.
