At the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center, an adorable Labrador retriever mix puppy with the most beautiful eyes, has spent his entire short life tethered outdoors. The fly strikes on his ears tell his story. His admirers at the shelter describe him as “awesome” and of course, we think so too.

“He’s a 37 pound cutie with awesome color eyes and would love humans where he gets treated like one of the family. No more backyard dog…”
