A five-year-old dog named Rosie has had her world turned upside down. The Australian cattle dog mix was left at the San Bernardino County (Devore shelter) facility on February 20 when her family surrendered her, citing “moving” as the reason for letting their companion go.
Rosie’s advocate writes:
Rosie is another casualty of the infamous planet her “family” moved to that doesn’t allow dogs. Does anyone know exactly where this is so I can call there and give them a piece of my mind??? She’s scared so now she is available to rescues only. Please share with REPUTABLE rescues, she’s been failed by enough people she needs a break!
