Two animal welfare agencies are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever severely neglected a dog. The Mastiff/American Bulldog mix was discovered lying in the road, in the Town of Southeast, New York, on May 16.

According to the Putnam County SPCA, the dog was found near the intersection of Sodom Road and Brewster Hill Road. PETA Vice President Coleen O’Brien commented on the dog’s dismal condition, stating:

“This dog’s body was rotting away for lack of veterinary care,”

According to the SPCA news release, the dog was underweight, had severe dental disease, long toenails, swollen paws, a broken jaw, and an untreated anal mass with necrosis.

New York State Humane Society is offering a $1,000 reward and PETA is offering a $5,000 reward.

Tips and information can be made to Putnam County SPCA 24-hour hotline is 845-520-6915.

  1. To the DEMON spawned NAZI who SADISTICALLY STARVED, RAPED, ABUSED and MAIMED this innocent dog…..may Karma find YOU with a flesh eating disease, extreme skin cancer, or an extreme viral load of COVID. Meanwhile, I pray God’s healing hand finds this pure love and joy baby with the strength, tenacity and HUMANE help needed to recover and find a GOOD home with HUMAN BEINGS instead of VILE THUGS.
