In Cleveland, Texas there are no funds or resources for injured dogs. And here was Charlie earlier on Sunday afternoon; lying in a ditch and suffering after he was hit by a car.

ThisIsHouston stepped in to save the dog who definitely would have drowned in the puddle had he not been able to hold his head up, where he waited for help. He was rescued just before a storm rolled in. Now dubbed Charlie, this homeless, down on his luck pup is on his way to Vergi23/7.

ThisIsHouston is beyond capacity and funding at this time, but it was impossible not to offer assistance. Donations are needed.
