Texas – A disabled dog, unable to walk because of a spinal deformity, was abandoned by his (former) owners, but today he is enjoying life with new owners who have promised to love him unconditionally. Days ago, This Is Houston shared Gary’s beautiful adoption story with Facebook followers, explaining where it began:
He was initially found dumped near a pond behind a bayou where he waited for his owners to return for him. He didn’t have an option but to wait for them since he couldn’t run or walk away. Sadly, they never came back. He was found with his collar on

But fast forward to today, and we’re finalizing his adoption! Nothing but happy days ahead for this lil man! We are all so happy for you, Gary! Congratulations on your forever family
It’s hard to imagine that anyone would have ever been heartless enough to leave this partially paralyzed dog alone – fortunately, Gary was discovered and he is now able to enjoy life with people who truly love him.
