Puppies do not magically learn not to chew shoes, rugs or attractive nuisances around the home when not closely supervised, and it’s very sad the owners of a one-year-old Boxer didn’t have the time nor the desire to teach their active puppy how to be a good canine citizen.
On April 21, Roxy was surrendered to the Carson Animal Shelter because she was “destructive.” And here she waits in a shelter cage wondering why she isn’t home. Her deep brown eyes reflect her sadness.

Such a sweet parrot!
People don’t expect their newly born children to come out fully trained and educated, YET they DO expect it from a puppy? Dear God, I hope people like YOU don’t work in ANY health/animal care or food industries, because YOU are the THREAT and the TRUE enemy here, not the dog.
SUPER URGENT! ONLY YOU CAN TAKE THE PAIN OUT OF HER EYES! SHAME SHAME ON THE SELFISH IMPATIENT OWNERS THAT DIDN’T REALIZE THE TREASURE THAT THEY HAD! NO BRAIN AND NO HEART!
PLEASE PLEASE GET ROXY OUT OF THIS HIGH AND FAST KILL SHELTER AND GIVE HER THE LOVE THAT SHE SO DEEPLY DESERVES!
