Officials in Butler County, Ohio, are hoping to identify the owner of a severely neglected dog who was found on Monday morning. Animal Friends Humane Society writes:

We had a dog brought to us this morning from the Butler County Dog Warden’s office. He was found emaciated and is receiving medical care at the shelter. We need to locate his owner as quickly as possible. As you can see from the video, he is such a sweet boy and wants to be as close to you as possible. Please help us find who did this to him.

The stray dog was found in Ross Township, Ohio near Layhigh and Millville Shandon Rd.
