No available kennels – shelter issues plea for beautiful shepherd who had been held for months

A beautiful German shepherd has been held at a busy California animal shelter for months, and now she needs to exit because the facility is out of kennel space. A plea for help has been issued for the six-year-old shepherd, whose name is Tessa.
