A neglected senior dog, estimated to be nine years of age, finds herself alone in a kennel run at a busy California animal services facility. The husky, named Lola, was taken in at the Los Angeles County Animal Control – Lancaster facility on November 26, and she could use some help to get out of the shelter before her time runs out.

On Thursday morning, her advocate writes of the danger that Lola is in:

72 HOUR PLEA SENT ON LOLA #A5451606 💔 Senior girl who appears to not have had care in quite some time or ever 😭 After a life of neglect she was surrendered to the shelter. She is a hot mess, but sooo sweet! She did well on her shelter evaluation and is dog friendly 🌟 I am posting Lola in hopes she can be seen and saved by a rescue before it’s too late. She really truly deserves SO MUCH BETTER! 😞

What can you do? You can network Lola’s adoption information to help her be seen by potential adopters and rescue groups. Networking saves lives!
