A woman in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is desperate to find her senior dog, who has been missing for nearly two months. The 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Jr, disappeared on May 29, and his owner, Pam, says that it feels like her “soul has been ripped out” since he vanished.
Pam has scoured the area, and put up missing dog flyers, but Jr is nowhere to be found. Her only clue is that someone in a nearby neighborhood recently went around and removed all of the flyers that she put up – leading her to believe that perhaps Jr is living with someone else, and that person doesn’t want his real history and identity to become known.
On July 3, she posted a public Facebook plea describing her dog:
His hair would be longer now. My child has been missing 6 wks now. Since 05/29/21. He is an 11 yr old male. He is neutered with no chip. He has white tips on the front paws and white streak on chest. He also has a spot on top of his head that’s near the ear that is a fluid cyst. If you rub the top of his head near his ears you will feel a cyst with fluid in it.
