A dog suffered fatal injuries after being kicked by a man who was engaged in a domestic dispute with a female. As reported by WFSB News, 31-year-old Scott Childs, of Naugatuck, Connecticut, kicked the dog when it got in between him and the woman that he was fighting with on August 19.
The veterinary clinic that had to put the dog down notified the authorities about what happened.
Scott Childs is facing multiple charges, including cruelty to animals, third-degree assault, and risk of injury to a child, and he is due in court on August 25.
