Man arrested after video shows him hurling puppy, who suffered multiple broken bones from abuse

A Utica, Michigan, man was arrested and charged after damning Ring video led investigators to a puppy who suffered horrible injuries from abuse. As reported by Fox 32 News, Ring video footage from March 11 showed 21-year-old Terrell Tomer repeatedly hurling his 11-month-old French bulldog through the air.

When investigators went to his home, they found the puppy, dubbed Nugget, with multiple broken bones. According to the news agency, Nuggets had multiple breaks in her jaw, ribs, spine, pelvis and leg. The dog is now living in a different home and recovering from the multitude of traumatic injuries.

Tomer is facing felony abuse of an animal charges, and could face up to 10 years in prison if he is convicted.
