In Muscoy, California, Saturday morning began with the discovery of a skeletal stray; how this poor pooch was even walking remains a mystery. No one knows where he came from – only that he needed help now.

“Right when I think my heart can’t break anymore. We are naming him Goliath,” wrote the founder of Logan’s Legacy, Suzette Hall on Facebook.

“He is on his way to my vet now. We have no idea how his past has been, but we are going to give him an amazing future…”

Goliath’s story is just beginning here. For now the photos speak for themselves; it is believed he is a Doberman Pinscher.

Updates are promised, but for now the dog will be receiving emergency lifesaving care at the Camino Pet Hospital. Donations can be called into the veterinarian office at 949.559.1404. (Logan’s Legacy)
