Is this the end of senior Bella’s story at crowded Riverside shelter?

Bella is barely classified as a senior pup – she is only seven-years-old, but no one wants her, and the Riverside Animal Shelter is crowded. And so volunteers and animal advocates are asking if this is the end of Bella’s story?  Will she never know about a soft bed to cuddle or toys to play with or a tender kiss on top of her head?

Bella is on the euthanasia list, and the shelter has sent out a plea for a serious commitment to rescue this dog.

BELLA #A1623841. Sweetest senior! Despite being 7 years old, Bella loves romping around the play yard. She has such a happy go lucky attitude & enjoys spending time with volunteers. Bella has been at the shelter since mid May with no interest & is now considered urgent. Please share this darling girl for a reputable rescue or loving adoptive home.
Notes: Overweight. Senior. Has been in shelter for over a month.
