In Donna, Texas, a rescuer driving around the outskirts of the small town on Monday morning searching for a stray dog scavenging the area with a broken leg, spotted a woman driving a white car dumping another poor dog.
“This woman just dumped a dog at ‘The Donna Dump,” a local rescuer posted on social media. “A dumping place for dogs to be discarded with the trash! This poor dog is now frantic and lost! all he’s known is now over!”

The frightened dog was abandoned – a rope left tied around his neck dragging on the ground.

The poor dog is so scared and has no idea even where to go.
