A six-year-old dog dubbed Gunner, finds himself alone and unwanted at a busy California animal control agency. The shepherd mix has been at the San Bernardino Animal Control agency since January 12, and judging by this photo, he knows that nobody cares about him.
On Tuesday, Gunner’s advocate writes:
THE SADDEST FACE YOU WILL SEE! HE KNOWS HE IS NOT WANTED!
RESCUE ONLY ! CAN BE EUTHANIZED AT ANYTIME!

Gunner is listed as rescue only, which means that a rescue partner for the San Bernardino City Animal Control must step up to claim him. Medical notes:
Complaint: Limping front leg, hair loss
Treatment: x-ray, Credelio, Clavamox, BID 14 days Deramaxx 100 mg, Half a tab SID 7 days, Baytril – SID 14 days. Clipped and cleaned wound.
Aftercare: Clavamox/Amoxi 500/125 mg – 1 tab BID x 14 days
Baytril 136 mg – Give 1.5 tabs/day x 14 days Deramax 100 mg – give .5 a tablet SID x 7 days.
