At the Wichita Falls Animal Services, a handsome shelter worker posing with a husky up for adoption caused quite the social media stir. The blue-eyed dog named Sky and the blue-eyed Zackry Majewski together garnered more than 15,000 shares and 27,000 comments.

One week ago, Majewski posed with the dog hoping to help find a home for Sky, but apparently blue eyes became the subject of the post – and not necessarily the ones belonging to Sky even though he’s one handsome canine attraction too.

“I got over a hundred people on my Snapchat adding me and Instagram and all that stuff, it was crazy,” Majewski told Channel 6 News.

And the comments continued even though Sky had been adopted:

“Sky’s been adopted. That’s great. Now my next question is there any more of the same breed? Or that are from the same mom? Not the dog….Zac…does he have brothers?! Because I would take one of them too! I’m thoughtful like that!”

Here’s another one:

“Is Zac looking for a forever home too??” Is there actually a dog in this picture? I can’t find it …” someone else commented.

But you know what? It’s all a good thing, because there are more people now aware of dog adoptions. Zac happens to be very fond of huskies, and according to the shelter he is often found holding and cuddling a puppy at the shelter.

And yes ladies, Zac is single.
