In Cleveland, the Cleveland Animal Care and Control had been receiving emergency calls for motorists about a stray dog on the busy I-90 near E. 55th Street. Several Good Samaritans stopped to help capture the dog fearing she would be struck by a vehicle. One person was able to lure the dog into her car with a hamburger.

According to WkycNews, eyewitnesses said the dog had been thrown out of a vehicle. The scared pup was taken to the city kennel where she was treated by a veterinarian.

Muttley Crue Rescue – CLE has stepped up to care for the emaciated pup. She is approximately 10-years-old and will be cared for at a foster home once she is released from hospital care.

Donations are needed to help with her continuing medical care.
