In Liberty, Missouri, an excited German shepherd jumped into a giant box of toys in a local store and couldn’t have been happier.
According to Shannon Emery via Storyful, Shannon and his one-year-old shepherd named Mila went to the store, and each time she goes there, the dog gets to pick out a new toy. This time, however, Mila got a bit overstimulated when she spotted the huge box of toys.
“The aisle with the toy bin is one of the last stops in the store so she impatiently pulled the leash towards that part of the store the whole visit,” Emery said.
And as she approached the box of heavenly squeaky toys and plush cuddly stuffed animals, Mila just couldn’t contain her enthusiasm. She stood up on her hind legs trying to decide which toy would be her new prize, but the stock had been so low, she was not able to reach the toys – even standing on her hind feet.
So what’s a dog to do? That’s right – a bit of whining and a jump, and Mila hoisted herself up, and as a bystander held up a squeaky toy that Mila just had to have, she bolted on top of the bin landing on the toys.
