Eris was adopted as a puppy in 2018, and since then Lily Kambourina, a jewelry designer, has been sharing the adventures of her favorite pooch from her home in Virginia. The puppy was born with dental issues, and her teeth would often poke into her gums, but besides dropping some food while she’s eating, Eris is fine and adorable with her long nose.

It seems the interest really began when Eris’ nose measured 12 inches, and it is believed by her owner that her dog has the longest nose in the world. Eris enjoys posing on Instagram and Facebook. Her page started as a scrapbook, but she certainly has captured the hearts of dog lovers all over the world.

As far as Eris’ disposition, she likes people and other dogs, although little dogs seem to make her nervous. All in all, Eris seems to take life calmly as it comes, and it’s a rare occurrence when she even barks.

When one is a celebrity, they often are asked some mighty personal questions and Eris’ fans seem not to be an exception.

“I still wonder what it looks like when she had to wear a muzzle. How loooong would it be? Is it even possible to fit one on her sweet long snoot?”

And as for Eris, she just loves to use her nose to check out the couch, fence or reach out for a treat – or maybe just snuggle.
