Dog’s stray hold is up – deadline at 6 p.m. on Monday

A friendly dog in Nueces County, Texas, is in danger after being picked up as a stray and taken to a local animal control agency. On Sunday, the volunteer-run Facebook page, Nueces County, TX: Dogs in need of Rescue, posted a photo of the 68 pound dog, and advised that his deadline to leave the facility is at 6 p.m. on Monday.

Advocates have stated that this dog is social and calm and that he enjoys receiving affection. Unfortunately, despite the fact that he likely had an owner, that person has failed to come forward to claim him.
