Police in Vicksburg, Mississippi, are investigating a suspected case of animal cruelty following the discovery of a deceased dog inside of a cage that was floating in flood water on Ford Road, in the Kings Community earlier this week.

The dog, believed to be a male pit bull, was wearing a black collar with metal studs, but had no other identification. Officials have not been able to determine the cause of death. Most of the dog’s fur was missing by the time the body was found – a small amount was found, but it may have been colored brown by dirty water.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Vicksburg Police Department at 601-636-2511 or Vicksburg Animal Shelter at 601-636-6981.

  1. Another EVANGELICAL state full of Nazi’s showing ALL of us just how wonderful they are as regular church goers, makes ya want to go to church and thank THEM for ALL the VILE THUGS they PRODUCE, doesn’t it! Recently reported that THOUSANDS of repukeCONS have switched parties to Independent or Democrat and to top THAT off, churches are LOSING people by the hundreds in EVERY southeast state. WOW! LOVE IT! See, YOUR aggressive stance that WE ALL must give to YOUR dominance is about as effective as lysol is for Covid. Remedial twits.
