On Sunday evening, eyewitnesses called police concerning a dog being dragged behind a vehicle. Concerned citizens tried to get the driver’s attention, but were unsuccessful. 1. Awww…he has the look of someone who is remorseful and sad about what happened. Unfortunate as it truly is, he IS still responsible for what happened. I hope and pray he uses this experience to learn and become a better pet parent.
