Two bonded German shepherds had their world turned upside down in December when they were confiscated from their owner and taken to a busy California animal control agency. According to the Saving Carson Shelter Dogs Facebook page, the young dogs, who are just a year of age, have been cleared to go back to their owner, but that person has not shown up to save them.

The networking Facebook page writes:

These two brothers are still upset when they are in the kennel but when they are out they are so happy! And they are gorgeous! They were confiscated from their owner and he was given the chance to get them back and he has not come for them. They are sweet boys once they feel safe but they are not happy to be in the kennel.

The dogs, Baby and Negro, are clearly upset over the loss of their home. Now, they are in need of assistance to find somewhere new to go. You can lend these beautiful, young dogs a hand by networking their adoption information. Networking saves lives!

  1. Don’t know about anyone else, but I MUST KNOW the reason they were confiscated before I’d even consider saving them. It IS of utmost importance to know such details in order to decide if I can take them on. For example, were they beaten, starved or verbally abused. ALL these situations make for unknowns in their behavior patterns. Will I need a trainer or other expert advise during the transition?
