‘Big Red’ shivered in his kennel and he got a home, but no one wants ‘Gypsy’

At the Nassau County Animal Services, a three-year, friendly pup named Gypsy just can’t catch a break. Picture this – one year ago, the rescue organization published a 15-second video of Big Red shivering in his kennel, and his video went viral and reached over six million people. In less than 48 hours, Big Red had over 100 adoption applications and was headed to his new loving home.

What about Gypsy? She has been at the shelter for three months. Check out her video:

“Gypsy is a beautiful three-year-old girl. She appears to well-cared for and quite healthy. Gypsy is calm and gentle. She does well around other dogs here at the shelter. She is going to make some lucky person or family a wonderful pet. Please tell your friends about Gypsy and lets get her a home.”

She has been at the shelter for three months. We have published ten posts featuring her and still no takers… She has a beautiful red coat with white accents, and she has the sweetest personality. Gypsy would love to have a playmate and a home of her very own.
