Nearly a month ago, a beautiful German shepherd was taken in at the Carson Animal Services facility in Gardena, California. Though the year-old dog has a microchip and a family, nobody has come to the shelter to claim her.
On Sunday morning, the Saving Carson Shelter Dogs Facebook page issued a plea on the shelter pup’s behalf, writing:
This beauty came in with a Microchip But her family never came. According to her assessment Emma will be available for public adoption, it is recommended she go to a home with middle school aged children or older, large calm dogs are recommended. Please SHARE for her life, she’s SO sweet and a FOSTER or ADOPTER would save her. Thanks!
The dog, dubbed Emma, is in need of a loving home to spend the rest of her life in. She is young, sweet, and beautiful. Do you love shepherds? Can you please help Emma find a loving new home? German Shepherds are intelligent, devoted dogs who make excellent companions.
