A young German shepherd, held at the Riverside County Animal Control in California, has been homeless for over a month, and nobody has expressed interest in giving him a home. According to the Saving Riverside Shelter Dogs Facebook page, the dog, dubbed Yukon, is unsure and timid. The page wrote:
This boy is so unsure. Anytime we approach the front of his kennel, he runs to the other side. Even when trying to give treats, he just stares at us. He’s only two years old & has sat waiting at the shelter for over a month w/ no interest. Notes: Excess skin/scar tissue on right side of face.
Yukon urgently needs to leave the animal control agency – especially because of crowded conditions stemming from the Fourth of July holiday.
Please share Yukon’s adoption information to help save his life.
