A panther, who was rescued from a Siberian zoo lives with a Russian lady named Victoria. The baby panther had been rejected by her mother. Now along with taking the responsibility for a panther kitten, Victoria also has a Rottweiler named Venza. Who would have ever thought the two would become besties?

According to Newsweek, Victoria set up a TikTok account, @Luna_the_pantera, which has since garnered more than 5.5 million followers and attracted over 61.8 million likes. One video, shared on October 12, watched more than 600,000 times, shows Luna and Venza’s close relationship. Viewers love to watch the videos of the big cat and the dog hanging out together – in what seems to be perfect harmony.

The two not only play together, but they share water bowls, blankets and love to snuggle.

The video, which can be watched here, was captioned: “My best friend [heart emoji] #frienda #animalfriends #cute #cutecat.” More videos can be viewed by clicking here.

In Russia, it was legal to keep exotic pets until an animal-protection law of January 2020 which includes 33 species, including panthers, “that may be dangerous to their owners, as well as animals whose natural habitat differs significantly from the domestic conditions in which they are kept, which may adversely affect their health or cause death.”

Please everyone – this isn’t to be tried at home.
