A man has been arrested for a horrible case of animal cruelty in Las Vegas, Nevada. As reported by KSNV News, police have arrested Carlos Fonseca Jr. for the hanging death of a dog who was found on a fence near Nellis Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive, on October 4.
The authorities used surveillance video to help track the suspect down – it was red streaks in Fonseca’s hair that helped the police identify him as a suspect.
Carlos Fonseca, who was on parole for battery with a deadly weapon, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on October 19. He is facing multiple charges, including, willful or malicious torture and killing of an animal, along with violation of parole. He is scheduled to appear in court next Monday.
