In Denver, Colorado, an adorable fuzzy, gray cat made his debut on Friday night at the Colorado Rockies baseball game during the bottom of the eighth inning.

According to the team’s social media page, fans at Coors Field became excited during the seventh inning when they hit four home runs, but in all reality the cat stole the show. He was first spotted darting out and running along the railing behind home plate.

Moments later, the sports-minded kitty dashed across the field stopping near Cody Bellinger who was in right field. An employee of the park was able to capture the kitty and carry him off the field – mind you kitty wasn’t at all pleased.

The Rockies lost the game; the LA Dodgers won 11-6. It was a fun time for fans since it was the first game played at Coors Field with fans in the seats since the stadium closed for the 2020 season.

We are still asking what happened to the kitty; seems there are a lot of people who are interested in adopting him if his home is not found.
