Six years after having been adopted as an adorable puppy from the East Valley Animal Shelter in Van Nuys, California, “Cohiba” is back at the shelter, but now he is in the medical section being treated for injuries from severe neglect.
According to the shelter, Cohiba came back to the shelter emaciated and with extensive hair loss. He had been “existing” on an abandoned property.
“I can’t fathom the ‘life’ he has had to endure. A loving and compassionate person can help change Cohiba’s life around.”

COHIBA #A1562744 is a six-year-old neutered male who weighs 56 pounds. He has a chronic skin issue, and is ready for some good care and love. Please share his plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. Sharing saves lives.
