A hefty reward is being offered after two of singer Lady Gaga’s dogs were stolen from her dog walker, who was shot by the dog napper in central Los Angeles, California, on Wednesday night. According to multiple sources, Gaga’s dog walker was approached by “at least one person” while walking her French bulldogs.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was walking on the 1500 block of North Sierra Bonita Avenue when the attack happened shortly before 10 p.m. – after the dog walker was shot, the shooter grabbed Gaga’s dogs, Koji and Gustavo, and drove away in a white vehicle that was headed towards Hollywood. TMZ reports that a third dog was with the victim, but that dog ran away and was retrieved later.

As reported by MSN News, Lady Gaga is offering a $500,000 reward for the safe return of her pets. Whoever has the dogs is asked to email [email protected], “no questions asked.”

CNN reports that the injured dog walker is stable, and recovering from the gunshot wound.

  1. How horrible……. I hope she gets her dogs returned!!!

I can’t understand how anyone could be so brazen as to steal dogs in this manner….. there are loads of purebreds in animal shelters…… one just has to look on Petfinder, Pet Harbor, Dogs in Danger or Rescue Me (just to name a few online dog listing efforts). One can also google breed rescue groups…..
