At the animal shelter in San Antonio, Texas, an 18-year-old dog named Scruffy, was surrendered by his owner on Thursday because they could no longer provide adequate veterinarian care. As per the shelter, there are few notes about Scruffy’s health, however it has been noted he does have concerning ocular discharge.

Looks like they NEVER provided ANY vet care, nail care, bathing, and in particular DIDN’T BOTHER TO FEED HIM! Texans NEVER FAIL at being the MOST HATE FILLED group of ???, can’t call them human, perhaps demons? My God, is there NO law enforcement in this PUTRID state? Oh that’s right, there is…WHEN a PERSON of COLOR is WALKING ACROSS the street, law enforcement shows up to harass them and when they walk away to go home, they’re SHOT in the BACK!
I am in Washington and we could foster him…… I am used to working with “special needs” people and animals……
Did the owners honestly think there would be a long line of potential adopters for a frail senior?
I hope their kids place them in the nastiest senior center and never visit…….
