In Oklahoma City, a 122-pound Great Dane came to the rescue of his owner when a home invader walked into their home on Monday.

According to KwchNews, Tracy McCoy heard the side door of her home open and at first thought it was her older son, but instead came face to face with a stranger. Tracy had been home with her son Nathaniel who is blind, and when she saw the stranger she screamed.

Obviously, the family dog named Dubai, quickly understood this was no invited guest. Home security cameras caught Robert Ward, 30, entering the home. And that’s when Dubai “took care of business.”

The normally calm dog’s demeanor quickly went into drive, and he bit the man on his rear while pushing him towards the door. At one point the dog went for Ward’s face.

“He is not a vicious dog, he’s very very sweet, but the instant that I screamed, Dubai understood that that person was not welcome here,” Tracy told news media.

Ward took off, but not for long. He was arrested and has been charged with first-degree burglary. He was not armed.

You’re a good dog Dubai.
