Woman who abandoned elderly yellow Labrador retriever cited for animal cruelty

The woman, seen on a now viral video, who abandoned an elderly yellow Labrador retriever, has been identified and cited for animal cruelty. As reported by KOIN News, the woman’s name is not being named publicly, but the police stated that she was “cooperative.”

An investigation was instigated after surveillance video captured a woman, in a Tesla, abandoning a yellow Labrador retriever at Orchards Park in Vancouver, WA. The 13-year-old dog, dubbed Henry, has been surrendered and he is being cared for by the Humane Society for Southwest Washington. He is expected to be put up for adoption soon.
